How to Return & Exchange

We make returns and exchanges simple. If you are interested in canceling your order, returning or exchanging your product, please see our Returns Policy and contact RemoCam Support at email@example.com.
Here’s what the return & refund process will look like:

If the product is defective, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. If the product was not defective and you still want a refund, we do not cover the shipping costs but will give you a full refund for the camera.
Send your camera to us
Once we receive your return package, we will issue you a refund
Here’s what the exchange process will look like:
Contact email@example.com, if an exchange is approved then we’ll email you a prepaid UPS shipping label
Securely place your camera and power cord in a shipping box and drop it off at a UPS dropoff Â location
Once we receive your camera, we will send you your refurbished camera and email you with the status update of your exchange. Refurbished products are used products that have been restored to new condition
