w:6 — This happens when the app needs your login information verified (maybe the password was changed or another viewer deleted you as a viewer). Please completely close the RemoBell app, restart the app and login. (do not delete the app, just completely close the app)
w:12 — This happens when the RemoBell you’re trying to register is already registered either to your account or another account. This happens if you try to register your device to another account, or you try to register a RemoBell that you received used from another person. To solve the issue, please delete the device from your account (go to Menu, Device, press the trashcan and delete the device) or contact us at email@example.com.
