All returns require an RMA (return merchandize authorization) and are considered on a case-by-case basis. We only accept returns from products purchased from our website (www.remocam.com) and Amazon (amazon.com). All Olive & Dove products purchased from other retailers are subject to their respective return and refund policies.

If your Olive & Dove product, purchased from our website, is not working properly or is defective within the one-year warranty, you may return or exchange your product for a full refund or refurbished product and we will cover the cost of the return shipping cost. If your Olive & Dove product, purchased from Amazon, is not working properly or is defective within the one-year warranty, you may exchange your product for a refurbished product and we will cover the cost of the return shipping cost.
Contact us at support@olivendove.com. We will send you a prepaid shipping label, once you return the defective product to us we will ship you the a refurbished product. Refurbished products are used products that have been restored to like new condition. Â
If you are not satisfied with your Olive & Dove product, you may return your product in its original condition within 30 days from the date of its delivery. You will receive a full refund for your purchase, however, return shipping will not be refunded. No return shipping on international orders will be refunded.
